Pacific Beach is a neighborhood sandwiched between La Jolla and Mission Beach that is known for its local eateries, developed nightlife, and active beach-scene. One of the most popular attractions of the area is the boardwalk that stretches 3.2 miles along the beach of Pacific Beach and through Mission Beach. Along with the boardwalk is another popular public attraction which has now a symbol of the area known as Crystal Pier.
